最近,一直在試新食譜,因為功課比較鬆一點,
還是得吃,有多一點時間弄給自己吃,所以
當然是得好好對待自己喔@
精力滿點的小麥草菠菜汁
材料:有機菠菜、有機小麥草、水、蜂蜜、檸檬少許(份量隨意)
作法:東西切小,倒到果汁機攪一攪,再過濾過小麥草渣(攪不散),就好了
PS:本人為中華民族後裔,煮菜皆效法中國大廚憑經驗! HAHAHA!
草莓果醬 JAM
材料:草莓、糖(怕胖少加,基本上加了比較能放,有點像天然防腐劑)
作法:草莓洗淨切半,放入小鍋中,加糖用中火煮約15分鐘,放涼,再倒入容器中,冷藏24小時即可
法式可麗餅 Frech Crepe (4 serving)
INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon white sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 eggs
2/3 cup milk
2 teaspoons butter, melted
DIRECTIONS
Sift together flour, sugar and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, beat eggs and milk together with an electric mixer. Beat in flour mixture until smooth; stir in melted butter.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 2 tablespoons for each crepe. Tip and rotate pan to spread batter as thinly as possible. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
豐富的早餐,不過,當然不是一天做的啦!
