Why I want to make this?
Because right now it is the season of peach harvest, and my peaches just ripe to a good taste, and as well as my mango.
I bought some fresh spring max for salad, so I thought I should make some salsas and mix with my spring veg to add a flavor.
Also, this salsa is good with tortilla and chips. another alternative for plain tomato salsa or guacamole.

其實,大家知道MEXICO的SALSA配CHIPS很好吃,不過他也有很多變化喔!
可以利用新鮮當令水果來自己變化口味!這是其中一種,你也可以把芒果,桃子,換成其他種,
比如說鳳梨,APRICOT,玉米粒,等等。
可以放進沙拉,或獨自吃,配CHIPS都還不錯吃囉推薦喔!熱量低的沙拉醬!

Mango & Peach Salsa
Ingredients:
1 mango, peeled and chopped
2 fresh peaches, peeled and chopped
1 sweet onion, diced
1 medium tomato, diced (optional)
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
juice of one lime
dash salt and pepper
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients and chill. If you have a food processor, you can process all the ingredients in chunks, rather than dicing and chopping. Chill before serving.
