It did take me sometime to draw it, although I did not know what exactly my teacher wanted.

Everything below was like a seed, and effective leadership is the bloom of the seed.
The process of five steps is a ladder to the effective leadership,
and also connect with the leader and coworkers.
Each elements integrated together to make the result happened!
Comparing to others, mine might be a little bit simple.
However, I got a perfect score of 100 out of 100.
