If you have noticed, LOHAS living style in USA spreads widely, that is why this supermarket comes in successfully.
In Taiwan, if you consider to purchase organic foods or products, you are going to pay way high.
Here, sure, you will pay more,
but not a lot more to choose organic brands compared to conventional brands and products.
In addition, their service is super nice.
Take my experience for an example. I bought a cup of Cafe Au 'Lait.
Accidentally I dropped it on the floor, because I try to put my coffee on their display table with gap in between.
Well, I asked them to clear the mess out to prevent someone slipping on the wet floor.
Later, the clerk just replaced a free coffee for me. That was really nice.
I love the shopping environment and their philosophy. Keep me up in a healthy life!


介紹這一家健康有機的超市，WHOLE FOODS Market.
離我家大概1.6MILE比起這裡的另外一家連鎖超市HEB好太多了
食物新鮮，有機的選擇多，
如果比起另外一家CENTRAL MARKET（也是賣很多有機食物）， 我認為還便宜一些
像我現在都喝有機牛奶，價錢跟一般的牛奶差不多，不到＄1的價差
而且現在美國人超喜歡豆漿的，只是他們的豆奶(Soy Milk)跟米漿 Rice cream 跟台灣新鮮的嚐起來味道不一樣
哈哈
生菜都買有機的 COSTCO賣超便宜 只是份量很大要吃很久
也有有機蛋 有機牛奶 覺得超好的
希望不要在這裡吃太多不健康的食物回去，不然身體的腫瘤會被這裡的生長激素、賀爾蒙養大囉！
