炒芝麻

燒熱了鍋,倒入黑芝蔴,炒了一分鐘,就可以關小火,只剩內圈火,手不停的炒,以免太焦, 大約炒10分鐘即可,聽到啪啪聲,聞到芝麻的香味,即可熄火。

Roast Pecans in the Oven

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Spray a baking sheet with a light coating of cooking spray. (Optional)
-For additional flavor, toss them in three tablespoons of melted butter and sea salt.
-You can also coat the pecans with two tablespoons of cooking oil.
3. Spread the pecans on the baking sheet in an even layer.
4. Bake them for 10 to 15 minutes, until fragrant.
-Check on the pecans often to ensure they don't burn.
-The pecans will also continue browning and cooking after they're removed from the oven.
5. Let them cool on a paper towel before serving.

Toast Walnuts In the Oven

Preheat oven to 375°F. Lay walnuts on a baking sheet (you can line it with foil or parchment paper for easy clean-up). Roast walnuts until they start to brown and smell toasted, 5 to 10 minutes.
