最近迷上做派
因為感恩節的關係,一些傳統應景的食材充斥超市
我是懶惰又想嘗試新玩意的人
所以呢,想說把派做一做,既可以當正餐吃,也可以當甜點吃
而且這兩天又超冷的,只有1C-5C左右的溫度,吃熱派剛好
食譜如下:

Fresh Carnbery Apple pie with pecan topping

Ingredients:
1 refrigerated pie crust (from 15-oz. pkg.), softened as directed on package
***Filling***
4 medium sliced peeled apples
2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

***Topping***
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 dash nutmeg
1/4 cup margarine or butter
1/3 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Heat oven to 375°F. Place pie crust in 9-inch pie pan as directed on package for one-crust filled pie.

In large bowl, combine apples and cranberries. In small bowl, combine all remaining filling ingredients;
mix well. Add dry ingredients to fruit; toss to coat. Pour filling into pie crust-lined pan.

Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. In small bowl,
combine flour and all topping ingredients except margarine and pecans.
With pastry blender or fork, cut in margarine until crumbly. Stir in pecans. Sprinkle evenly over filling.

Bake at 375°F. for 45 to 55 minutes or until apples are tender, and crust and topping are golden brown.
Cover edge of crust with strips of foil after 15 to 20 minutes of baking to prevent excessive browning.
If desired, serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.

完成品,我的PECAN可是從樹上掉下來新鮮的果實,自己剝殼取出來的喔!超費工

內餡:新鮮的蘋果跟小紅莓糖也都隨意減少,不過,小紅莓有點酸,還是甜一點好


pumpkin pie

Ingredients:
1 (9") pie shell unbaked
1 can (16 oz. size) pumpkin
1 can (14 oz. size) sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions:

Heat oven to 350.

In large bowl combine pumpkin, milk, eggs and spices. Mix well and turn into pie shell.

Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until done. Refrigerate any leftover pie.

完成品,超容易,因為怕甜,所以糖都隨意放啦!



至於,好不好吃呢?

南瓜派因為一點都不甜,所以感恩節晚餐是吃光光啦!

PS 後來覺得做派不難,可是材料再加上工錢
我的南瓜派成本一個
有機派皮1.5+南瓜 1+有機牛奶 1+有機蛋0.5+糖+肉桂香料=4多
新鮮蘋果小紅莓胡桃派成本一個
有機派皮1.5+蘋果 1+小紅莓 2+有機奶油 1+胡桃1+有機麵粉+糖+肉桂香料=至少6.5

不算工錢 所以,外面一個賣8-10塊,真不能算貴了!
